| Ok. This is my first entry! Welcome to the wonderful new blog of Jessy, the psychotic corn-stranded college student, aspiring writer, and theatre junkie. I'm basically using this blog to rant about my RENT obsession, because all my friends are sick of hearing about it lol. What else. I'm most likely clinically depressed, which I don't want my friends knowing either, so I'll be ranting about that......I'm transferring to Columbia College in the fall to major in playwriting/dramaturgy/lighting design, which none of my friends know either. I don't want to tell them, just becuase they'll most likely laugh at me. My mom doesn't really approve of the idea, either. She says she does, but she doesn't. So....I suppose I'll leave with my current RENT feelings:

PS-my favorite RENT character is Mark, and I'm a lot like him. Coincidentally, Anthony Rapp also happens to be my favorite actor......my favorite song is always changing, but my one constant favorite is the "I'll Cover You" reprise......as someone once said, "it destroys me." It just kills me. It's beautiful, and sad, and so many emotions at once. |
